Due to the fact that these products are sourced and shipped internationally from suppliers all over the world, shipping times for your order may vary. Please keep in mind, that this is the reason we are able to offer such great prices on our products.
If you live in the US, your package will be shipped via ePacket which is a USPS service.  Delivery time is typically 10-15 days. Once your items reach the United States, you can check the USPS websitefor an estimated delivery date.

If you live outside of the US, we will do our best to ship your packages with full door-to-door tracking and you can use the tracking link we provide for you as well as the table below to get an estimated delivery time.

Our system will automatically send you status updates on your packages throughout the delivery process.

We use a service called AfterShip to track all of our order deliveries. If you have your tracking number (it should be listed on your order details page), you can click the button below and enter the tracking number to get the last known location of your package.

Not to worry, your items had to be shipped separately. We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide, and your order more than likely contains products from more than one different supplier. If you have any questions about your specific order, feel free to Contact Us

This could be due to a number of different reasons. Most of the time this is simply an error with our tracking system and we can quickly re-track your package for you. If your tracking link says 'Expired', please contact us here and we will take care of you.

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. Please buy a month in advance. Otherwise, there is a risk of the item not arriving on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays.
